Parimatch Has Not Added My UPI Deposit To My Account Balance

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account via UPI about 5 hours ago. The amount was deducted from my bank, but it has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. The UPI transaction/reference ID for this payment is 649902187816. I contacted Parimatch customer support through chat and they asked me to provide the UTR number. However, when I send the UTR, the system replies asking me to “send in digits,” even though I am already sending it in numeric form, so I cannot move forward with the support process. I request that my deposit be located using the transaction/reference ID provided and that the amount be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, or that you guide me clearly on what exact numeric UTR format you require so this issue can be resolved without further delay.
