Amazon Failed To Deliver My 48-Pack Boost Protein Shake Order
I placed an order on Amazon under the name Cheryl Salvage for 48 bottles of Boost protein shake (red bottle, chocolate) on the 13th of this month. Although this order was supposed to be delivered, I did not receive it. When I contacted Amazon customer service, I was informed that the order would be reshipped. However, I still have not received the reshipment, nor have I been given a clear update about when it will be sent. I kindly request that my order of 48 Boost protein shakes be reshipped immediately and that I be provided with tracking information as soon as possible, along with a clear and definite new delivery date for the reshipment so that I know when to expect my order.
Progress
I have an ongoing Amazon order for Boost Protein Shake, chocolate, 48 bottles, which is scheduled to be delivered to me on the 13th of every month. However, the delivery that was supposed to arrive on May 13 has still not been delivered.
I contacted Amazon customer service about this missing May 13 shipment, but so far I have not received any response or solution. This situation disrupts my regular use of the product and is quite frustrating, as I rely on these deliveries being on time each month.
I kindly request that the missing May 13 order for 48 bottles of Boost Protein Shake, chocolate, be sent to me as a replacement as soon as possible, and that I be informed about the status of this shipment.
