Our pediatrician recommended Mustela Stelatopia+ moisturizer, so I purchased it from a pharmacy, trusting it to be safe for my baby. I applied it without hesitation, believing in the claims on the packaging that it is suitable from birth and even safe for NICU babies.
However, after some time, my baby developed red patches on the skin. At first, we assumed it was an allergic reaction, but the redness kept spreading, and we couldn't figure out what was causing it. Out of desperation, I used Google Lens to search for similar cases and found multiple complaints about Mustela causing skin irritation. Now, I am shocked and deeply disappointed.
How can a product marketed as “gentle” harm the most vulnerable users—newborns? My baby’s skin is damaged, and I am seriously considering legal action. Mustela, explain this and take responsibility immediately! I trusted your brand, but instead of soothing my baby’s skin, it caused harm. I demand an urgent resolution!
