My ₹22,000 1win Withdrawal Is Missing Despite Successful Status

I am raising a complaint regarding a withdrawal of ₹22,000 from my 1win account (ID: 359300105) to my SBI bank account, which has still not been received. On 24 April 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹22,000 to my SBI bank, and on the 1win platform this transaction is shown as successful, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account. After noticing that the money did not arrive, I contacted both 1win support and the bank and also provided my bank’s response and statement multiple times as requested. Despite this, I have not been given any clear reason for the non-receipt of funds, and the issue is not being taken seriously. Support agents keep repeating the same responses without giving a concrete solution or properly resolving the matter. I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that the ₹22,000 be immediately credited either to my SBI bank account or back into my 1win account. I expect a clear and final resolution without further delays, as this amount has been held up for an unreasonably long time while the transaction is already marked successful on your side.
