About a month ago, I bought the Mustela SPF 50 stick sunscreen from a pharmacy, trusting its convenience and reputation for quality. However, after using it just three times, the twist-up mechanism completely failed. Now, I can’t use the product at all, even though nearly the entire stick remains inside unused.
This is incredibly frustrating. I paid a premium—₺—for a product that became useless after only a few applications. The packaging is poorly designed, and the mechanism clearly lacks durability. The entire stick is now stuck inside, and I have no way of accessing it.
It’s extremely disappointing to waste money on something meant to be practical and reliable—especially from a brand that claims to specialize in baby and sensitive skin products.
I demand a full refund or replacement and strongly urge Mustela to address this recurring packaging issue. From reading other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one dealing with this. Please take consumer complaints seriously and improve the product’s quality control. I expect a prompt response.
