I'm currently dealing with an issue regarding Msc Cruise. Unfortunately, they have been unwilling to reimburse the $250 provision that was charged to my bank card during the Rome to Kuşadası cruise aboard Msc Musica from April 20-25, 2023. Despite several attempts, the refund that was promised to be issued by May 30, 2023, has not been received yet. Despite sending my bank statement through email, they insist that the payment was never received. The complete lack of communication is incredibly frustrating, to the point where I'm seriously considering canceling my reservation for the Norwegian Fjords cruise in August 2023.
