I Have Not Received My Refund for My Booking from Hotels.com

I still have not received the refund for my reservation, which I canceled on February 24, 2025. I’ve spoken to the live assistant many times through the Hotels.com app—I honestly can’t remember how many different agents I’ve contacted. I also reached out to the hotel in Kuşadası where I had made the reservation, and they confirmed that the refund was issued. I even filed a spending objection with my bank. Yet, believe it or not, it has now been 4 MONTHS and I still haven’t received my refund. If I had invested that money in gold, it would have doubled by now. I’m sharing my reservation details here in the hope that Hotels.com will finally complete the process and transfer my refund. The reservation was for SUNDAY HOTEL on 24.02.2025, and the paid amount was ₺7,920. My travel program number is 73039649412233.
