I Canceled My Hotels.com Sunday Hotel Booking but Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I canceled my reservation through Hotels.com for Sunday Hotel in Kuşadası on February 24, 2025, and even now—over four months later—I still haven’t received my refund of ₺7,920. I’ve reached out to multiple live agents via the Hotels.com app, and I honestly can’t even remember how many people I’ve chatted with at this point. Nothing has been resolved.

I contacted the hotel directly, and they confirmed that they already issued the refund. I also filed a dispute with my bank, but it led nowhere. Everyone keeps pointing fingers, and I’m stuck without my money. If I had just bought gold with that amount back in February, it would have doubled in value by now. Instead, my money has vanished into thin air.

I’m sharing my booking reference: 73039649412233 here in the hope that someone at Hotels.com finally notices and takes action. I expect the company to resolve this immediately and issue the full refund. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way—especially when the hotel confirms the money was already returned. Please stop delaying and make this right.
