Miniso Vadi İstanbul Refused My Refund Due to Staff’s Unhelpful Attitude

On Friday, I went to the Miniso Vadi İstanbul store around 10:00–10:30 AM to return a product that didn’t fit. The staff member at the counter told me there had been no transactions yet and that it was “too early in the morning” (emphasizing this phrase). She then said she wasn’t sure if she could process the return.

When I asked if returns aren’t allowed in the morning, she didn’t correct her phrasing. She checked the system and said no transactions had been processed yet, advising me to return later in the day and even suggesting I explore the mall. I explained I had taken time off work to come in, but no solution was offered.

I also had issues with the same staff member when purchasing the product, as she ignored questions and seemed more focused on closing the store. If Miniso cannot handle customer issues promptly, perhaps opening earlier isn’t the best solution. I expect better customer service and a resolution to this matter.
