Madame Coco promotion confusion! On October 1, 2024, I purchased a product from madamecoco.com at a discounted price of ₺779.80 (originally ₺2,332.99). However, two days later, I noticed that the seller had canceled the order. Thinking it was a mistake, I called on the third day and was told that the issue was forwarded to the relevant department and that I would receive an update in four days. Four days passed with no SMS, email, or call. On the fifth day, I called again and was informed that my order had been completely canceled, and a refund had been issued, even though I never requested this. When I asked for the reason, customer service couldn’t provide a clear explanation. They offered a discount code for reordering the product, but I never received it. When I checked the website, I saw that the price had increased to ₺1,050. I was disappointed by this experience, as it felt misleading and not in line with the brand’s reputation.

The solution that came 20 days after the order date shows that the product price changed twice in short intervals, and now (as of 22.10.2024) it has returned to the price I originally paid. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have even known that you canceled the order. This was my first time shopping from madamecoco.com, and I don't plan to do so again for a long time. The reliability of your company is no longer valid for me.
