If Minichat support isn’t replying and you want to escalate effectively;

Confirm you contacted the right channel;

• Check their official support email or help center
• Make sure your message included:
– Account email
– Clear issue description
– Screenshots (if relevant)
• Check Spam for any replies

Send a structured follow-up;

• Reply to the same ticket (don’t open many new ones)
• Write clearly:
– Original request date
– Issue summary
– That you’re awaiting response
• Ask for a response within 3–5 business days

If payment is involved;

• Contact your bank/card provider
• Start a chargeback:
– Reason: “Paid but service issue unresolved”
• Attach:
– Proof of payment
– Screenshot of unanswered support requests

Search for alternative contact routes;

• Look for:
– Live chat
– App store developer contact
