I Want To Lift The Ban On My MiniChat Account

I am writing regarding the sudden ban imposed on my Mini chat mobile app account. Yesterday, while I was using the app in Abha, Saudi Arabia, my account was banned after a minor child appeared on the program by mistake. I did not intend to show a minor, and the child’s appearance on camera was completely unintentional. Following the ban, I contacted Mini chat support to explain the situation and ask for help, but I have not received any response so far. It is very upsetting to lose access to my account in this way, especially when the incident was accidental and not done with bad intent. I kindly request that my account ban be lifted, my access restored, and that I be allowed to continue using Mini chat in accordance with the platform rules.
