I was unfairly blocked from the “Minichat” application even though I was using it normally. At the time, I was simply using the app and eating sweets. On Friday, I suddenly discovered that my account had been blocked, and as of today, I still cannot access it.
I did not intentionally violate any rules, and I was not given any clear explanation either before or after the block. I really like this application and use it regularly, so being blocked without a clear reason is very upsetting. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and that the restriction be removed as soon as possible, or at least that I be provided with a clear explanation for this action so I can avoid similar issues in the future.
