Minichat Subscription Account Blocked for Minor Usage by Mistake
I am writing regarding a problem with my official Minichat account, on which I have also purchased a subscription. My account, with this ID: 342557***, was blocked on the grounds of “minor” usage, but this happened by mistake. My niece was visiting me, and while she was with me I accidentally turned the camera and my account was immediately banned as if I were intentionally involving a minor. I submitted a report to Minichat about this issue about a week ago, but until now I have not received any response from the management. During this entire period I have been unable to use the service that I subscribed to and rely on. I kindly request that the ban on my account be lifted so that I can use the program again, as the situation was accidental and not deliberate. I ask that my case be reviewed carefully and that my account and subscription be reactivated, taking into account the account ID I provided above.
