I am writing to complain about a sudden ban imposed on my account in the Minichat platform. Without any prior warning or clear reason, my account was abruptly blocked and I can no longer use the service. I was informed that the reason is allegedly related to a minor, but I was not given any detailed explanation or chance to clarify the situation. This unexpected ban has restricted my access to my account and communication on the platform, and I do not know how to reach the support team or customer service of Minichat to resolve the issue. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that this ban be removed as soon as possible. If there is any misunderstanding, I would like to be informed clearly of the details and be given the opportunity to explain and correct any issue so that I can continue using my account normally.
