Minichat Ignoring Customer Support Requests
It has been one week since I submitted my previous complaint about Minichat, and I still have not received any response. There has been no reply via email or through the support system.
Today, I contacted them again to remind them about the issue, but once again I did not receive any response.
The fact that my complaint is being ignored and left unanswered for such a long time is causing me inconvenience and creating a sense of distrust toward the platform.
I request that my complaint be reviewed without any further delay and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
