Appeal For Banned MiniChat Account (Age Restriction)

I am writing regarding my MiniChat account, which was banned due to an age-related restriction on the MiniChat iOS app on my iPhone 15. After reinstalling the app recently, I submitted a support request with the ID 336759*** but I have not received any response, not even an automated email or in-app message. It has been several days since I opened this request and there has been complete silence so far. My expectation is that my account will be fully reviewed and that, if possible, the ban will be lifted so I can regain access to my MiniChat account. I would also like to receive clear information about the result of this review and, if any age or identity verification is required, detailed instructions on what I need to do and in what timeframe. I kindly request that my support request be handled as soon as possible and that I be informed promptly about the decision.
