I Need Minichat to Review and Remove My Unexplained Account Ban

I am writing about my Minichat account, which was banned on 2026/06/04 even though I did not violate the system policies. I always use Minichat in Arabic and was only chatting normally when the ban was applied, without any abusive content or behavior that would justify such an action. So far, I have not been able to contact Minichat support about this issue, and I have not received any explanation for the ban. I believe this is a mistake and that my account was restricted without a clear reason. I kindly request that my account ban be lifted and that my access to Minichat be restored, or at least that a clear explanation be provided as to why this ban was imposed.
