Minichat Takes My $11 Unban Payment But Never Lifts the Ban
Despite receiving a ban on the Minichat app, I'm not getting what I paid for. I got banned within the app, and I actually accept that the reason given for the ban was justified. However, about 2 hours ago, I made an $11 payment through Paycell to have my ban lifted.
Even though I made the payment, my ban still hasn't been removed, and there's no support or customer service area within the app where I can reach out about this. I also haven't received any information or response after making the payment. I still have the receipt and invoice for the payment, and my order number is 710150862405.
I am requesting that the ban on my account be lifted urgently in exchange for the $11 payment I made, and that my situation be resolved.
