I Need MiniChat to Remove an Incorrect Underage Ban

I am an iPhone user and I am writing to complain about an underage ban that was applied to my MiniChat account by mistake. On the first Eid, I showed my younger brother on the camera by accident, and after that my account was banned as if I were underage. I confirm that I am not underage and that the situation happened only because my little brother appeared by mistake. Since then, I have not been able to access my account, and I do not know how to contact your support team from inside or outside the application. Unfortunately, I also do not remember my exact username or the email that was linked to the account, but I am ready to provide any proof of age or any other information you may need to verify my identity and age. I kindly request that you review my account, remove the underage ban, and restore my access to MiniChat as soon as possible, as the ban resulted from a misunderstanding and not from providing false age information.
