MiniChat Has No Clear Appeal Option for Account Bans
While using the MiniChat application, my account was banned approximately 3–4 months ago without any prior warning, with the reason given as “age does not match.” However, the age I provided in the application is my real age, and I did not submit any false information.
After the ban, I could not find any appeal or support channel inside the application, so I was unable to reach anyone or learn in detail why my account was closed in this way. I now believe I was unfairly blocked and have been unable to use the application for a long time.
I request that MiniChat review my account again, reconsider the ban based on my real age, remove the restriction, and allow me to use the application normally again.
