I am writing regarding my MiniChat mobile app account, which has been banned for about two weeks. My account ID is 357647***, and I created this account approximately last month. I was informed that the ban was due to numerous complaints from other users. I believe this decision is unfair and I would like my account to be reviewed carefully, as I am not aware of violating any rules intentionally. I have not been able to use my account since the ban and I do not know how to properly contact support through the app, so I am explaining my situation here. I kindly request that you review the complaints made against my account in detail and lift the ban if possible. If there is a specific violation claimed, I also request a clear explanation so that I can understand what happened and avoid any similar issue in the future. My main expectation is that my MiniChat account is reactivated.
