How to Cancel Nebula Subscription and Get a Refund

I recently noticed a 71.85 $ charge on my credit card with the description “V_nebula_plan Bill / Nebula”. I do not see any corresponding “Nebula” or “V_nebula_plan” subscription on my Google Play account or on the related website pages. The only subscription I can see in my Google Play account is “Python – Premium Access”, which is different from what appears on my bank statement. I went into my Google Play subscriptions and also checked the website but I could not find any active subscription under the name Nebula or V_nebula_plan to cancel it myself. Because of this, I am unable to stop these charges directly and I am very confused about what service I am actually paying for. I request an immediate full refund of the 71.85 $ charge taken under “V_nebula_plan Bill / Nebula” and the complete cancellation of any linked subscription so that no further payments are taken from my credit card. I also ask you to send me written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the subscription has been cancelled.
