I Can't Reach Minichat Support Through the App or Social Media After a Ban
My Minichat mobile app account was suddenly banned on June 17, 2026, at around 6:23 PM. The screen just says "you've been banned," with no duration information, so I believe my ban is indefinite. My account ID number is 385817730.
At the moment this happened, my niece/nephew was on my lap, the phone fell out of my hand, and when I picked it back up, the camera was on, and my niece/nephew briefly appeared on screen. Despite there being no ill intent, inappropriate behavior, or rule violation involved, having my account banned right after this feels completely unjust to me.
After the ban, I haven't been able to reach any in-app support channels at all — since I'm banned, I also can't write through the app. I also tried through social media accounts, but I didn't get a response there either.
I am requesting that Minichat's management review my account and lift this ban — issued due to this misunderstanding — so my account can be reopened. I want to emphasize that this incident was unintentional and that I did not violate any rules.
