Minichat Support Not Responding to Age Ban Appeal
I was permanently banned from both the Minichat and Omegle platforms due to an age restriction, even though I did not violate any rules. I am 18 years old and was accessing these platforms using my iPhone 11. My Minichat account was banned about 2–3 months ago, and my Omegle account was banned about 4 weeks ago, both for allegedly violating the age requirement.
On both platforms, I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior and used them only for normal conversation purposes. Despite this, the system automatically banned me for age-related reasons.
I attempted to contact Minichat support, but I have not received any response so far, and the platform has not provided any way for me to verify my age.
I request that both of my accounts be reviewed again — my Minichat account with ID 346993746 and my Omegle account with ID 357665718 — and that these unfair permanent bans be removed after I verify my age. If necessary, I am willing to provide identification or similar documents to confirm my age.
