Minichat Needs To Review My Wrongful Ban And Restore My Account

I am writing regarding my account on the Minichat application, which was banned on 12 May 2026 while I was using the app on an iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS through the Israel App Store.

The ban occurred because my younger brother briefly appeared on camera for a few moments while I was sitting next to him during a live broadcast session. This happened completely by accident and was entirely unintentional. I did not intend to violate any of Minichat’s rules, safety policies, or community guidelines in any way.

After the ban was applied, I attempted to contact Minichat support to explain the situation. However, I have not received any response or assistance so far.

I respectfully request that Minichat reconsider the decision regarding my account and review the context of the incident carefully, taking into account that my younger brother’s appearance on camera was accidental and not deliberate.

I genuinely want to continue using Minichat in full compliance with all platform rules and guidelines, and I am fully prepared to be even more careful during future live broadcasts to avoid any similar situations from happening again.

I kindly ask that my case be reviewed once more and that my account be reactivated if possible.
