While using the MiniChat video chat feature today from the UAE, I received a 720-hour ban even though I was only raising my hand and cracking my middle finger on camera. I did not intend to make any offensive gesture or violate the rules, and I believe this may have been misunderstood or incorrectly flagged. I have not yet been able to contact support or moderators directly and I do not remember the exact username I was using at the time of the ban, but this is the account I want to recover. A 4-week ban is a very long time for such a situation, and I feel it is disproportionate to what actually happened. I kindly request that my ban be removed completely or at least reduced to a 1-day ban. I also ask that my case be reviewed so that this misunderstanding can be corrected and I can continue using MiniChat without such issues in the future.
