MiniChat Ban for Bad Words Without Any Violation

I am writing about my MiniChat mobile app account, which was banned about ten minutes ago. When I try to use the app, a screen appears saying that I am banned for “bad words and insults” and shows that I have been blocked. I did not use any bad words or insult anyone on the platform, so I believe this ban is a mistake. I have not been contacted with any explanation and I have not yet reached out to support through the app or by email. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that this unjust ban be lifted as soon as possible so that I can use the MiniChat application again.
