I Paid $11 to Lift a Ban, But Minichat's Ban Screen Still Blocks Me
My Minichat account, ID number 385885740, was banned for about 700 hours on 06/18/2026 around 1:00 AM, on the grounds of "rude behavior." However, I did not engage in any insults, threats, or behavior that would violate the community guidelines. Even though only my arm was visible on camera, I believe the automated system misjudged this as if there were something obscene going on and banned me unjustly as a result.
I paid $11 in the app as a ban removal fee, but despite this, the ban screen still appears on my account, and even though I can log into the app, I can't click on anything. I also didn't receive a detailed explanation as to why my account was banned, and despite trying to reach the support email addresses, I wasn't able to establish clear communication.
I am requesting that my account and my call/video records be manually reviewed by the Minichat team, and that the $11 ban removal fee I paid during this process also be taken into consideration. If this ban was applied by mistake, I kindly ask that it be lifted and that my hardship be resolved.
