I'm Requesting Minichat Convert a Permanent Ban Into a Temporary Suspension

My Minichat account, which I had used regularly for about three years, was permanently banned because, in a moment of carelessness, I accidentally showed the face of a young child who was next to me. I had absolutely no ill intent, inappropriate purpose, or abusive behavior involved; this incident, which resulted entirely from a momentary lapse in attention, has led to my account's permanent closure — and this has affected me quite deeply on an emotional level.
This permanent ban has now been in place for about five months, and despite contacting Minichat's support team during this time, I've received no response whatsoever. I am requesting that my lack of malicious intent be taken into consideration, that the incident be recognized as a mistake caused by carelessness, and that my account be reviewed again with the permanent ban either lifted, or at the very least converted into a fixed-term penalty rather than an indefinite one.
As a 24-year-old user who has taken care to follow the platform's rules for a long time, I kindly ask that this situation be reconsidered and that I receive an explanatory response. If necessary, provided that the violation is recognized as unintentional, I'm also prepared to accept additional sanctions, such as a fine, in order to have my account reopened.
