I Got Confirmation E-mail Yet My Online Stradivarius Order Got Canceled

On November 23, despite the rush, after receiving a seamless confirmation email that my order of three items had been successfully placed on the site, I unexpectedly received an email stating that a return request, which I did not initiate, had been accepted. My yet-to-arrive products were canceled by the website, and the refund, which would normally take days if initiated by me, was credited to my account on the same day. Additionally, during this process, I received an email confirming the acceptance of the initial return request. Since that day, I have been trying to reach customer service, but I have not received any response to my emails or messages. I am puzzled by how products that were informed to be dispatched and were paid for can suddenly run out of stock and be refunded by the brand itself. I feel helpless about the incurred inconvenience and believe that the issue needs to be resolved promptly.
