Turkcell Promised a Replacement for My Faulty Product but Never Sent the Code

I got a broken product that I can't use. It keeps shutting down, gets really hot, and there's no sound at all. I reached out to customer service, and they promised to send me a replacement code, but I still haven't gotten it. I'm really disappointed right now because I've got a product that doesn't work and no idea how to fix it. I really need to get this product replaced because this ongoing problem has been super inconvenient. I really hope the company will handle this issue seriously and sort it out quickly. I just want to get a working product and wrap this up without any more hold-ups.
