Vivense Approved My Refund but I Haven't Received It After 14 Days
I got my cancellation and refund request for order number A8f407044817 approved on September 3, but it's been 14 days and I still haven't seen my refund come through. I’ve contacted the support team several times about this issue, but I haven’t heard back and can’t get in touch with customer service. It’s really frustrating that there’s been zero communication or action to fix this problem. I need the support team to jump on this and make sure my refund gets processed like they said it would. It's honestly frustrating to encounter these kinds of issues in what should be a simple process.
