I got my cancellation and refund request for order number A8f407044817 approved on September 3, but it's been 14 days and I still haven't seen my refund come through. I’ve contacted the support team several times about this issue, but I haven’t heard back and can’t get in touch with customer service. It’s really frustrating that there’s been zero communication or action to fix this problem. I need the support team to jump on this and make sure my refund gets processed like they said it would.
