I Tried to Cancel My Samsung Order but No One Responded

I’ve been trying to cancel this order for the past four days and have contacted customer service multiple times during this period. Unfortunately, no progress has been made. Every time I called, I was told that my request was urgently forwarded to the relevant department and that I would be contacted soon. But no one has called me back. I wasn’t expecting anything complicated—just a basic cancellation and some proper communication. Instead, I’ve been left waiting with no updates and no action. I honestly didn’t expect this kind of treatment from a brand like Samsung. The lack of response and follow-up has left me feeling ignored. I deeply regret choosing Samsung, and this whole experience has made me feel helpless despite having paid for the product.
