Recover Lost Rise of Kingdoms Guest Account and Progress

I can no longer access the guest account I was using to play Rise of Kingdoms. I haven't logged into the game for about 5 days, but my account was visible in the characters section the last time I checked. I was playing with the Chinese civilization, had around 4 million power, and my name was a default, randomly assigned one like "Governor...".

When I log into the game now, I cannot find or access this account. I do not want to lose this account that I put so much time and effort into progressing.
