I Paid for UC on PUBG Mobile via Midasbuy but Didn’t Receive Anything in My Account

I made a UC purchase for my PUBG Mobile account using the Midasbuy platform, but the UC has not been delivered—even though the payment was successfully taken from my account. This is extremely frustrating, especially when I’ve followed every step correctly and expected instant delivery.

The transaction was completed on April 22, 2025, at 03:34:05 with the order number SG250422X8ACAFCB2E98GE. My player ID is 514****72**. I paid in full, and yet there has been no UC credited to my PUBG account. This is unacceptable considering that Midasbuy is supposed to be an official purchasing channel.

I’m requesting immediate support to either deliver the UC I paid ₺ for or issue a full refund. I should not have to chase after customer service for a purchase that should’ve been instant. Please resolve this issue without further delay and restore the trust of paying players like me.
