Restore Access to Scammed Rise of Kingdoms Account ID 231560067

On September 17, 2026, I agreed to sell my Rise of Kingdoms account to another player. We first communicated in-game, and then via WhatsApp at +90 ***********36, explicitly agreeing on a price of $43 for the account. I handed over all login credentials to the other party, and they stated they would make the payment after receiving the account. The in-game ID of the sold account is 231560067.

However, despite taking full possession of the account, they never made the $43 payment. In our WhatsApp messages, they initially tried to build trust with stall tactics, but eventually stopped responding altogether and essentially cut off contact. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, they have neither paid nor responded. Currently, my account is completely in their hands, my hard work and in-game spend are gone, and the agreed $43 was never paid to me.

I demand that Rise of Kingdoms support take into account my in-game and WhatsApp communications regarding this account sale, review the account in question, and, if possible, restore my account to resolve my grievance or enforce the necessary actions and penalties against such fraudulent practices.
