On July 26, 2025, at 7:30 PM, I purchased 300+25 UC through Midasbuy for my PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5992****16). I completed the payment using my card ending in 3503, and the transaction was processed under receipt number 202507495293338. The payment was successfully deducted from my account.

However, even though the money was taken, the UC has not been credited to my PUBG account. I received no error message or explanation during the transaction process, and no follow-up has been provided. I expected the UC to be delivered immediately as promised, but instead I’m left with nothing.

I respectfully request that this issue be addressed immediately. Either credit the missing UC to my account or refund the full amount. I should not have to chase down a purchase I’ve already paid for.
