Mexc Froze My Account With 3,162.78 USDT Balance Without Any Explanation

On 08/08/2025, my Mexc account (UID: 71642838, email: o**@gmail.com)** was suddenly placed under review. Since then, I have been blocked from withdrawing, depositing, or opening any new positions, even though I have no open trades. My balance of 3,162.78 USDT remains locked and completely inaccessible.
When I contacted customer service, I was only told that I must wait 30 days with no clear reason or documentation provided. This kind of unexplained freeze is unacceptable, especially when I rely on access to my funds. I have always traded through the Android mobile app and have never encountered such an issue before.
It is extremely frustrating to be treated this way, with no transparency or accountability from Mexc.
