On 06/12/2025, the MEXC crypto exchange froze my funds, stating that it was due to risk control being triggered. I am confident that I did not violate any rules. In fact, there had been no trading activity on my account for several days prior, only some old orders that were placed two months ago. I have a verified account that I’ve been using for over two years without any prior issues. However, on 06/12/2025, my funds were suddenly blocked for 365 days without any clear explanation of the specific fault. My attempts to contact the exchange’s support team have only resulted in generic, standard responses. I truly believe the risk control was triggered by mistake.
