Metro Grossmarket Packaged Dessert Complaint After Syrup Fails to Absorb
On March 2, 2026, I purchased packaged şekerpare and kalburabastı desserts from the Metro Grossmarket Ümraniye branch in Istanbul.
Although I followed the preparation and usage instructions on the packaging exactly, the dessert syrup did not absorb into the products, and the desserts did not reach an edible consistency.
Because of this, I believe there may be a quality issue with this batch of products, and I was unable to consume them as intended.
Therefore, I request a refund for the şekerpare and kalburabastı products I purchased, and I also ask that this issue be investigated so that other customers do not experience the same problem.
