McDonald’s Refuses In-Store Orders While Accepting Delivery Orders
On February 15, 2026, around 6:30 PM, we went to the McDonald’s branch located in Kütahya Sera Mall to order a Big Mac and a McDouble. The cashier informed us that they were out of bread and burger patties and therefore could not take our order.
However, when we placed the same order through Yemeksepeti from that very same location, the order was prepared and delivered without any issue. Being told in person that the items were unavailable, while at the same time the same products could be ordered online, was both contradictory and unworthy of a major brand like McDonald’s.
Because of this experience, we felt misled and inconvenienced. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that our inconvenience be addressed, possibly through a goodwill gesture such as a complimentary offer.
