Yemeksepeti Failed to Fix Address Error on McDonald’s Order

On January 29, 2026, I placed an order from McDonald’s through the Yemeksepeti website with order number #ur1e-vdkn. However, my order was sent to a previously saved address instead of the address I intended to use. When I tried to change the address, the system did not allow any modifications.

After noticing this issue, I contacted customer service, but they did not help me resolve the problem, and my issue remained unresolved despite my attempts. As a result, I did not receive my order at the correct address, and I was not given any effective support to correct the mistake.

I request a full refund of the amount I paid for this order, as the service I expected was not provided, and I was unable to benefit from my order due to the incorrect address and lack of support.
