BDG Game Failed to Credit My ₹16,000 Deposit

Today I made a deposit of 16,000 rupees to BDG Game through Paytm, but the game account has still not been credited even though the money has been successfully debited from my Paytm account. The Paytm transaction on 03 November 2026 shows a successful payment from my side, yet no deposit has appeared in my BDG Game balance and I have not received any proper resolution. I request that my 16,000 rupee deposit be credited to my BDG Game account as soon as possible, or if this is not possible, that the full amount be refunded back to my original payment method without any further delay.
