Request to Remove an Unfair Xena Live Device Ban

I am a user of the Xena Live application with the account number 18190177 on my Vivo V27 device. My device has been blocked from using Xena Live, and I receive a warning stating that my account is banned for defamation. Since this ban, I have not been able to use the Xena Live application on my device at all. I would like to clearly state that I have never engaged in any defamation or rule‑breaking behavior on Xena Live. I believe this ban is a mistake and that my account and device have been unfairly restricted as a result. I kindly request that my device ban be removed, my account be re‑evaluated in detail, and my access to the Xena Live application be restored so that I can continue using the service normally.
