Carrefour Delivered Expired Food Product Order

I placed an online order from Carrefour and it was delivered to my address on 06/03/2026 at 18:55. The order was prepared and sent from the İzmir Ataşehir Park Sitesi store. In this order, I received a product whose expiration date had already passed, which is absolutely unacceptable for a food retailer. On the packaging of the product, the expiration date was clearly written as 22/01/2026, and I noticed the problem directly from the date printed on the package. Despite this date having long expired, the product was still sent to me as if it were suitable for consumption. This situation seriously shakes my trust in Carrefour’s product control and stock tracking processes. Due to this negligence, I request a full refund for the product, an official apology for the incident, and additional compensation for the risk and inconvenience caused by delivering an expired product. I expect Carrefour to take this issue seriously, review the relevant store’s controls, and inform me about the actions taken.
There is a complaint: besides the employee, the store gave false statements; for the first time in my shopping experience I was humiliated like this with my money. I deleted the app, canceled message sending, and I will never enter that market again, not even its door. I can't tolerate stores like this; they seem to make money easily, a company that disregards human health and satisfaction.
