I purchased a Nestle chocolate on 16.12.2025 at around 15:19 from the A101 branch in Sancaktepe, Istanbul, while doing bulk shopping. After the purchase, I realized that the product’s packaging was torn and the chocolate inside was damaged. Since I was shopping in bulk, I did not receive a separate receipt for this product, but the issue I encountered clearly indicates a problem in packaging and quality control. As a consumer, this situation has shaken my trust in the brand, especially for a food product that should be carefully protected. I kindly request that a detailed quality investigation be carried out regarding this product and that I be informed about the result. In addition, I expect an apology and a clarification about how such a problem could occur and what measures will be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.
