Yemeksepeti Delivered Spoiled Chicken Fillet in My Order

On 08.09.2025 at around 17:20, I placed a grocery order through the Yemeksepeti app from the Yemeksepeti Eryaman market. My order included Gedik brand chicken fillet. When I opened the package to cook it, I encountered a very bad smell and realized the chicken was spoiled. Even though the expiration date on the product was listed as 09.10.2025, delivering such a spoiled product both endangers our health and is a clear act of negligence. My order number is #ts2u-91ov. I believe the cold chain of the product may have been broken. I tried to reach Yemeksepeti customer service regarding this issue but was unsuccessful. I am requesting both a refund and an inspection of this market. I urge that the necessary measures be taken to prevent such situations that put human health at risk from happening again.
