Mental Impulse keeps charging me after I deleted the app — how can I stop billing?

Mental Impulse's rules make it clear that you must turn off auto-renewal through the app store or their website in order to cancel your subscription, even if you delete the app.

First, make sure you signed up through Apple or Google: To stop Auto-Renewal, go to your account settings and click on Subscriptions (or Payments & subscriptions). Then, find "Mental Impulse" or "Impulse" and click on it.

Should it not appear, it means you probably paid for it on their website. Log in at mental-impulse.com, go to "Manage Subscription." and cancel before the next renewal.
