Mental Impulse Charged Me for a Year Without Consent Despite 3-Day Trial

During the 3-day trial period offered by an app called Mental Impulse, I was charged a fee even though it was supposed to be free. Despite canceling my subscription the same day, the app still made an automatic yearly charge of ₺939.99 — and did so without my consent or approval.

I have already emailed the company and reported my complaint, but I haven’t received any response yet. I find it unacceptable that such misleading apps are being advertised, as what’s being done here is clearly unfair and deceptive.
